Cookies are small pieces of code inside your web browser that store some information. They are very important for Zoni as they contain a link to your logged in session.

Sometimes a cookie can get removed or "killed" due to your IT configuration and policies. If this happens it's likely you will not be able to login to Zoni.

There is an easy way to fix this but you may need some help.

For company wide settings. Please ask your IT support to check there are no network settings (e.g. firewall) that kills Zoni cookies.

On individual users computers & devices. If your users are required to use Internet Explorer, they will need to ensure their browser settings do not kill Zoni cookies.
